PTC means pay to click, so basically when you sign up with these sites your job is to click on some links that they will provide you and you will get paid just by doing so. When I heard of this PTC at first I was pessimistic about it but then I registered and I've been clicking for sometime now and I just got my 1st pay last August 27, 2010! :D You just need to be patient and you will really know it's true.
